The Dominion continues to make gains in Federation territory - but
supply lines are stretching thin. The Federation and its Klingon allies
make a daring strike to destroy a key supply depot and Ketracel-White
production facility before the Dominion can shore up defenses in the
forward areas. Success means a slowdown of the advance. Failure leaves
hundreds of worlds open for conquest.

| Description |

Hope. Five years ago the Order of Man descended and took control
of the planet. The mining consortium, manufacturing
industry, and for that matter, everything else was turned
into a support system for the Order's expantionist machine.
Fourteen months ago the uprising started. Revolution.
Guerilla warfare only goes so far, however. The Revolutionists
hired a mercenary company - the "Divine Storm" to add some
professional punch to their plans. The Divine Storm, a sanctioned
Imperial Japanese mercenary company was renowned for it's high-speed,
high-tech grav forces being able to surgically strike
at enemy forces. For four months the revoltion hacked and
hammered away at Order command, supply, and combat assets.
Present day...
Colonel Itaro Keisuke read the comm one more time. It was
three days old, but he still seethed inside every time he
read it.
"Colonel. I only have a short time to get this comm out to you.
The contract is broken! Our *glorious* leaders surrendered to
the Order Cardinal yesterday. As part of the deal, they are
terminating your contract. You have safe passage from the planet,
but only so long as your forces are IN the space port at New Calais!
They gave Inquisitor Raben your location. Your only chance is to
get to New Clalais before you are destroyed! This warning is
the best that I can do for you! Out."
For 3 days the Divine Storm played hide and seek with the Order
armor and infantry. The only way to make it to New
Calais was through the pass at Jenkens crossing.
"Some things are inevitable," thought Keisuke. "Too early
to write my death poem though. We can punch through if we
are bold and smart."
"Tamae! How many Kame do we have operational?"
"Sir! We have all six functioning again, Sir!"
"Very well. Inform Yoriko-san to deploy them.
And get the troops prepared to move out in 15 minutes.
We're going through that valley."
NOTE: The activation and resolution system used in DS3 is
optimally designed for 2 players. Depending on forces are
divided up by the players, it is possible that there will be
significant time during which one or more players will not be
directly invovled in the action. Please be prepared to observe
what is happening with your team mates, or bring a book. :)

| Description |

Nickel Junction, 1879: "Thank ye' kindly for the drink, feller.
Yessir, as I was a-sayin', it all started with that damned snake oil
saleman - 'Professor Erasmus' he called hisself. I knowed he was
trouble soon as I laid my one good eye on him. But folks'll believe
any old crap ya tell them if'n they're desperate enough - and with
three dry summers in a row, folks 'round town were lookin' fer
miracles wherever they could find 'em. And he had 'em, in colored
bottles, large 'n small. Ointments, salves, creams, and oils - he had
it all, and for every occasion. And there was his "Liniment of
Everlasting Youth" - made from a secret formula used by Egyptian
priests for mummies and I don't know what all else - just a bunch o'
hogwash if you asked me. Or so I thought. We should've run him outta
town when we had the chance."
"We don't get visitors much these days after the troubles of years
past. Call me crazy (and maybe I am fer stickin' round these parts)
but folks of gentler constitutions moved on after dealin' with the
walkin' dead. Those that survived anyways."
Part 1 of a two-part FMA Skirmish zombies game set in the Old West. Setup for
part 2 will depend on the outcome of part 1. You do not need to sign
up for both parts to play in one.
