GZG ECC XXIII going virtual!

We have decided to not meet in person in Owego for the March 2021 convention, but will host and support online virtual ECC gaming events. We will be using Discord, Tabletop Simulator, or other tools to support games.

We will maintain the time slots and number of tables as we would for our in-person convention, but we can always add a new table, if needed.

Virtual gaming is more challenging to run as a Game Master than an in-person event, therefore:

  • Please plan an event with a player count from 4 to 8 players.
  • You can run your event with a gaming table at your location with webcams or a virtual gaming table, such as Tabletop Simulator (TTS)
  • Please plan to run an online playtest before the convention.

There will be no registration or event fees for the GZG ECC XXIII convention in March 2021.

More news will follow regarding logistics, event signups, and requirements for GMs and players. We also now have a Discord setup - check Facebook for invites!

If you're interested in submitting an event, please look at event submissions!

Our next physical convention is now scheduled for March 2022. Stay tuned for more information.

Welcome to the Ground Zero Games, East Coast Convention (GZG ECC) website!

GZG ECC is a non-profit convention, for fans of miniature gaming run by fans. Our spotlight is on Jon Tuffley's science fiction miniatures and rulesets produced by his company Ground Zero Games. But our volunteers run events covering a wide range of games. Check out our convention information.

Rules are available for free for many of Jon Tuffley's games! Take a look at:
