| Description |

Looking out the shuttle window, Geoff watched as the converted
freighter grew larger and larger. When the gray wall of burnished
metal finally filled his field of vision, a portal opened, and
the shuttle slid inside the great bulk. Once settled in the hangar
bay, he saw that the rest of the clan leaders had arrived, and were
probably waiting in the conference room for him. A lone man stood at the
entrance, waiting to escort him to his destination. Geoff followed
him in silence.
At the end of a long corridor, the conference room door opened,
and Geoff saw that relations had not improved between his brethren.
The air was thick with tension, especially between Sarok and
Jonas, leaders of clans Raptor and Ravenclaw, respectively. The
only one who seemed unruffled was Tamar, the leader of clan Reaper,
which, Geoff reminded himself, was Tamar's normal behavior. Katar,
the current Chief of Clans, cleared his throat to gain everyone's
attention. "Now that we are all assembled, we shall begin discussion of my
replacement. The past five years have not been good ones, but
I'm sure that the new Chief can turn that around, and make things
profitable for everyone." With that, Katar removed his Chief
insignia, a gold skull and crossbones over a star field, signaling
the beginning of The Election. Each clan leader in turn boasted of
his accomplishments and loudly criticized the others' failings.
After several hours of debate, tempers were getting hot, and the
end of the discussion seem nowhere in sight. Sarok was once again
belittling Jonas' meager accomplishments when Geoff's comm unit beeped.
"Yes, what is it?" he asked.
"Sir, we have an energy signature on long range scanners" his
first officer replied.
At that moment, the lights on board the freighter changed from
normal to red, with an announcement over the speaker system
"All hands to Battlestations! Jump Point forming at long range!
All hands to Battlestations!" Geoff heard over his comm, "This is
Captain Steiger of the Earth Force Destroyer Hamato to all Raider
Ships. Power down your engines and prepare to be boarded."

FMA |
Mark Kochte |
2-4 |
| Description |
|
The research teams of four research labs went in...and never came
out again. Screams were periodically heard, and a couple broken radio
transmissions received, but nothing intelligible. Since then, nothing.
It's been 6 hours. There is a growing danger that the infested monkies
will break free of the research center, and contaminate not only the
city, but the entire world. The main scientists at main research
facility still want a few specimens alive, but the rest...are to be
terminated. As the ill-fated research teams are very likely dead (or
worse), you have now been assigned, along with your squad, to go in,
capture a few monkies, and eliminate the rest. Other armed teams have
just entered the building as well. You must also stop them from
retrieving monkies for their scientists to study. You are authorized
to do this by any means necessary.
You have 2 hours to complete your mission. Otherwise the area will
be nuked.
