"This is Earth Alliance station Babylon 5, we are under attack.
Please, anyone who can hear me, we are being attacked. Sheridan,
Franklin, they're all dead... Garibaldi's rigged the fusion
reactors, but I don't know how much longer we can... Oh my God,
here they come...."
In a past that could have been, the last Shadow war ended in a
stalemate. A thousand years later, in the present that almost
was, the Shadows were able to mass their forces much faster and
more openly. In that alternate present, the Shadows came to
Babylon 5 when it first appeared as the staging ground for the
Army of Light. The most desperate hour for Babylon 5 was a
battle that never happened, but in that possible present, this
is how it might have gone....
War Without End is an EFSB scenario for 3-10 players
(familiarity with EFSB or FT is recommended, but not required).

"I say sir, The Pathans are revolting!"
"Major Domo, how many times must I tell you to keep your opinions to yourself"
"No, Sir Sidney... ...I mean, the Khasi of Kalabar and his hairy hoard
have ambushed Captain Keene and his patrol, only Privates Widdle and
Hale survived, Sir."
"Old Jimmy and Ginger, always were a pair of shirkers, probably half
way back to Bombay when the first shot was fired!"
"Well, I say Sir" Major Domo said while watching out of the window.
"Fear not Major, we'll take some of our boys and have a
right 'Carry-on up the Khyber!'"
"No Sir, I say, look who just arrived"
"That Domo, is the most fearsome sight to any soldier: Mr. Reginald
Plum Esquire, of the Inland Revenue. Well, Well, not only will we
give Johnny Pathan a jolly good thrashing, but old Reginald will
probably bill them for it"
"Righto Sir, Jolly good show!"
This will be set in Afghanistan of around 1880. The forces will be
mainly Imperial troops on a punitive raid against Afridi tribesmen
(Pathans). Imperial troops will be British/Ghurka infantry, Indian
Cavalry, British Mounted Infantry and Imperial artillery.

3-5 |
| Description |
|
Complexity: Introductory
H.A.L.P., the Helpless Animal Rescue Project, has pulled off a daring
commando raid and freed a helpless animal from the Omnicorp testing labs.
Sadly, this animal is the cyborg SuperChimp Furious George, and he happens
to be a good deal more intelligent than the people who just rescued him....
Not surprisingly, he escaped from their van at the first available
opportunity, and took refuge in a local shopping mall that had closed for
the evening. H.A.L.P. saw where he went, though, and is determined to
finish rescuing him and returning him to his natural habitat.
Unfortunately, the tracking chip imbedded in his cerebellum is telling
Omnicorp exactly where to find him. And the Feds, who are eavesdropping on
Omnicorps communications network, want him too. And the Russians, who are
eavesdropping on the Feds, certainly don't want a Cyborg Monkey gap.
Of course, the cops were called because someone reported seeing a guy
dressed in a monkey outfit breaking into the mall. Man, are *they* in for
a rough night.
