07/28/2006: "land, ho!!"

There is a large, undeveloped piece of property very close to my house. It's for sale, it's zoned properly, it's on a transit route, it's close to shopping another amenities, it faces nearly due South (for solar applications), and there are no direct neighbours that might object to the development.

In short, we've found our primary development site for our cohousing project. I think Jannette and I are going to have to split off from the retrofit cohousing group sooner than later, and launch our publicity campaign sooner than later.

This ought to be fun.
